Feeling stiff from the winter blues? Join us for our first yoga session hosted right upstairs in The Square! This session will be led by yoga & reformer pilates teacher Lauren Piatkowski, from Solis Movement and Oxygen Yoga and Fitness.
This session will be a candle lit vinyasa style practice that includes a warm-up and some breath work. All levels of yoga are welcome. The first 14 spots will have a mat included. Otherwise, please bring your own.
Wear loose and stretchy clothing & a water bottle. Changing rooms available upstairs.
