Join us for a beginner friendly workshop and guided wine tasting session at Wine Curious SUMMER SPECIAL with Phoebe So!

This experience is specially made for curious minds interested in wine. Engage in a slowed down approach to exploring and enjoying wine in an intimate space. Learn to taste mindfully and identify flavors while we See! Smell! Taste! We will break down those fancy wine words and develop your palate. Let’s discover fun facts and stories of wine growing and wine making while we sip away.A summer themed flight of at least 5 different wines will be poured, and charcuterie will be served. We will taste and evaluate each wine in a chatty and thoughtful session putting together tasting notes and thoughts.

Have fun, meet new faces, and learn to make the most of your wine experience moving forward.

Presenter Bio:
Phoebe So, a certified wine nerd, has been deeply passionate since her pivot into the world in 2023. She studied in the Wine Specialist Program at George Brown and has also aced her WSET Level 3 cert. She highly values the time and love devoted to grape farming and has spent time herself working outdoors on vineyards in Slovenia and Vancouver Island, BC. She believes in a down-to-earth and open minded approach to enjoying wine and embraces the UNglamour of wine.
